These terms govern your use of this website and any trial access we give you. If you deploy our maritime AI systems, the signed agreement between us governs that service, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You may not scrape it at a rate that burdens our hosting, probe or test its security without written permission, misrepresent your identity when contacting us, or use it to break the law.

Trial access

Any pilot or trial access is provided for evaluation only. It may be limited, changed, or withdrawn, and it carries no service commitment. Do not put material into an evaluation environment that you cannot afford to have in a system still under evaluation.

Intellectual property

The software, interface, text, marks, and design of this site belong to Arctic Autonomy or our licensors, except where credited otherwise on our privacy page. Nothing here grants you a licence to our trademarks or to copy the site.

Your data

Data you connect to the platform stays yours. We process it to run the service you asked for and under the terms of our agreement with you. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

Automated decisions and professional advice

The platform reads documents, applies rules, and produces findings with the evidence behind them. Those findings are decision support, not legal, customs, tax, or regulatory advice. A qualified person in your organisation remains responsible for filings, disputes, and commercial decisions made on the basis of them.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content on it at any time.

Warranties and liability

This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability for the paid service is governed by the signed agreement.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always sits on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
